Mr. Willingham worked in a commercial real estate for 10 years. He helped redevelop over 300,000 square feet of retail shopping centers throughout Dallas. He also helped secure over 1 million dollars in tax increment financing for the redevelopment of Lake Highlands Plaza in Dallas, Texas.

Cheryl M. Short
Cheryl’s multifamily career spans well over three decades with its origin in operations followed by the multifamily brokerage. Prior to joining Larry G. Schedler & Associates, Inc. in 2002, she was actively involved in all facets of on-site and regional asset management for select syndicators and fee management firms. She has extensive experience with all asset classes and client objectives. Her experience brings a unique perspective to her brokerage practice.
Ms. Finn has been involved in the ownership of over 2,650 units with an estimated value of over $150 million. During Ms. Finn’s career, she has been directly responsible for the property management of an estimated 15,000 units with an estimated asset value well over $1 billion.
She found her passions led her to begin working in the Real Estate industry, which eventually led her to our team. With her background in customer service, Samantha takes pride in building relationships and assisting our future clients.
